1. Pricing and Subscription Structure


Our pricing structure may change over time. Any additional services, including but not limited to custom templates, feature requests, or major revisions, will be subject to the pricing structure in effect at the time of the request, regardless of the customer’s original subscription date.


2. Custom Template Requests and Revisions 


We strive to accommodate customer requests while ensuring a fair balance between included services and additional costs. Custom template requests fall under the following categories:

Minor Revisions


  • Changes to labels, text, or color palette.


  • Must be requested within 14 days of the initial purchase.


  • After this window, any requested changes—even due to human error (e.g., incorrect metafield setup)—will be treated as major revisions and subject to additional charges.

This policy ensures that customers carefully plan and validate their data and requirements upfront, helping us maintain efficiency and fairness across all projects.

Major Revisions (Require an Additional Purchase)

  • Any changes that require coding or developer involvement.

  • Full design overhaul, including logo and background image changes.

  • Adding new columns or referencing new fields/metafields.

  • Structural layout changes (e.g., moving image positions or adjusting sections).

Please note: Custom changes take time, testing, and effort, just like any other creative or technical work. We appreciate your understanding that all revisions are thoughtfully scoped and priced to maintain quality and sustainability.


3. Respectful Conduct and Service Termination 


We value respectful and professional interactions. Any form of disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior toward our team will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to terminate any subscription or service without refund if a customer engages in such conduct.


4. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our service and the time invested in development, we generally do not offer refunds once work has begun. This includes situations where coding or template customization has already taken place.

However, we do understand that not every solution will be the perfect fit. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days (including weekends) from the date of purchase. Refunds are issued at our discretion and only if significant work has not already been completed.

Please note that repeated or excessive revision requests—especially those that require developer time—may exceed the scope of the original purchase and will not qualify for a refund. In such cases, we may suggest additional purchase options to continue the work.

5. Policy Updates


We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes.
